The only thing we didn’t like is that there were no coffee mugs.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. We were one family staying in two rooms, and from check-in, the service was extremely poor. The most concerning incident happened when an unknown man repeatedly tried to open our room door. We called security because we were genuinely scared, but we felt the situation was not taken seriously or properly investigated. The following day, the hotel questioned us because my cousin, who was a registered guest in our other room, was visiting us. They then blocked us from accessing our own room and required our passports to be verified again, even though they had already been verified at check-in. We waited over an hour for security, causing us to miss our 5 PM dinner reservation. Even worse, during a confrontation, a staff/security member attempted to physically grab my cousin, which was completely unacceptable. We have video footage documenting what happened. The rooms were also dirty, and overall the service was extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family vacation became stressful, uncomfortable, and upsetting. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
